We are so excited about Mosaic's first prayer and worship retreat!  This has been a dream of ours for many years, but has recently been re-birthed as five of your pastors experienced the Pastors' Prayer Summit this last February.  All of us returned with a desire to hold a similar type of summit with the general leadership of Mosaic!

The details are below, but what you need to know immediately is that there will be two informational meetings, held right after 2nd service on August 5th and 12th in the dock and at the next monthly Leadership Team meeting at the Conway Campus.  Please come with any questions you might have.

Okay.  Here are the details:

WHEN IS IT AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Deep Encounter will be October 12-13, beginning on Friday evening at 6:30pm, where we'll gather for prayer and worship until the Lord releases us to sleep (don't worry, you won't be staying up all night -- I'm way too old for that!). Fellow Mosaic, Victor Davis has arranged for us to us book rooms and use the conference facilities at Embassy Suites in West Little Rock at a very reasonable cost. We are encouraging all of our attendees to stay overnight. Saturday morning, we'll arise, have breakfast together and then begin our day session of prayer around 9:00am. We'll finish, Lord willing, around 4:00pm that afternoon.

WHAT'S IT'S PURPOSE?

This time of prayer and worship is meant to prepare our body for the move across the street and the deepening required for us to mature as a church. It will enrich your walk with God and each other as well as help you encounter Christ in ways that you've never known. It will not be boring … just ask any of the pastors who have gone to one!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Cost:  $28 per single (sleeping 4 to a room) or $55 per couple (sleeping 2 to a room, for a couple's night away!) The cost includes breakfast, lodging, conference facilities, and snacks. Scholarships are available. Rooms must be reserved by September 12th.  The conference is being underwritten as a blessing to your leadership!
