S.T.E.P. exists to serve and equip school age children to bring strong faith, family and future in the inner-city, through one-to-one intentional relationships.

S.T.E.P. provides ministry opportunities for Christians in local churches who are willing to invest their lives in the lives of inner-city youth and adults through relationships. The focus of the relationship is to share the gospel and disciple believers, thereby affecting the inner-city community, the city, and the world.

S.T.E.P. is a partnership between local churches, which brings together the human and financial resources of the member churches into a coordinated ministry strategy directed toward the community of need. The strength of the combined resources and coordination result in ministry effectiveness that far exceeds the sum total of each church ministering alone.
