New Member Seminars

At Mosaic, five seminars for new and prospective members have been designed to fully enfold you into the life of our church. These seminars are taught on the 3rd Sunday of each month (from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.), and childcare is provided throughout the morning.

In other words, in the first 3 - 5 months of your involvement with us, you will attend a seminar on the 3rd Sunday of each month (and not on those days) the morning worship service. By so doing, you will become more familiar with Mosaic in a way that best accommodates your schedule, while we provide for your children at the same time.

To register for an upcoming seminar, simply contact Ronald Young, our New Members' Pastor to let him know who you are and when you plan to attend.

The five seminars include ...

1. Discovering Mosaic
Required for membership
After this first seminar, there will be an opportunity for you to decide whether to become a member by filling out a membership application; or you can wait and decide to do so at another time. No pressure whatsoever; we simply want for you to be led of God in your decision. In fact, if you decide that Mosaic is not where God is leading you to get involved at this time, we’ll be happy to help you find another church.

2. Walking Together as One with Christ
Required for leadership
This seminar is required for all new members and mandatory for future leadership within the church, including ministry to our children, students and adults.

3. Intro to SoulCare
Required for leadership
This seminar is required for all new members and mandatory for future leadership within the church including ministry to our children, students and adults.

4. Determining Your S.H.A.P.E.

5. Finding Your F.I.T.T.
